Hello, atm. i'm playing Deus EX Mankind Devided , its a pretty neat game and if You're cyber-punk fan and like stealth games its definitely a great position to play. Its a follow up of events from the DX: Human Revolution and some of the stuff are told yet i think its good to read the books too (gotta get those tbh. :P) Some say that its not as good as human revolution, yet i think they've tweaked the game a bit, added few new mechanics - remote hacking (pitty it works only for some security measures f.e. laser fences, its allows you to disable for a brief period of time the cameras and robots ,yet its does not allow You to hack the panels ;L and it would be a huge help if You're into breaking and entering in such games :p
Anyway the game deserves a seal of approval. And what are You playing atm ?

I've been replaying the Mass Effect trilogy to get ready for Andromeda!
I'm super excited for the new ME but I'm also kind of nervous.
Plus, I'm a little bummed that Bioware seems to have intentionally made all the women ugly. Maybe we should have Dizzy send his BM Sylvia model so Bioware can add her as DLC. 🙂

Hi, if there is some spare time for me I play nowadays those warhammer games : Space Hulk: Deathwing and Warhammer40k: Space Wolf.
Pretty neatt if You're Warhammer fan, if not they might not be that good ,at least the space hulk (u4 engine, but not that well optimised, multiplayer works odd, and AI is sometimes questionable :P, space wolf is sort of card game/ bit of "chess" system game, it's still pretty good for mobile ,not sure about that early access for PC. Still pretty decent game and its even got a PVP mode 🙂
As always take care and have a lot of fun ^.^
Well during the last Steam sale i wanted to buy the Deus Ex games to be honest ,both were @ -70 to 75% so they were pretty cheap.
I'm a strategy fan yes its true ,but if it goes for fantasy vs 30/40k i would choose the more modern age. Its less fun seeing charging someone on a horse instead of running terminators with their Stormbolters, Flamers and stuff blazing and cutting down all of the xeno scum down 😀 Just my personal taste. Horses, pikes, bows and shit are cool yet miniguns, missile lunchers, tanks and titans are waaaay better 😀
Meaning Warhammer 40k Dawn of War (1 and 3[i think]) >> Total War:Warhammer 😛
[Hopfuly they've reverted the building and stuff in DoW3, to this from DoW1 and not repeated those mistakes from DoW2 :O ]
Anyone play Halo Wars? I thought it was a great strategy game. Easy to understand. The first one was great but the use of cards in Halo Wars 2 really kills it for me. Everything is based off energy instead of building up resources like the first game. I think HW2 is a dud.
Haven't played either. I got most of the way through Combat Evolved and parts of 2 with a friend, but otherwise I haven;t done Halo. Crysis, however . . . I own the first three (counting Warhead here) and I'm probably most of the way through 3 with another friend, just need to get him a controller to keep playing.
In other news, I found Fallout 4 on sale on Steam. From now until the 28th they're selling the base game for half off and the DLC for a third off. Pretty good price. All in all you basically pay full price for the base game and about 4 bucks for the DLC.
Oh I HIGHLY recommend the original Halo series. Its what first got my into console gaming. Its an amazing story.
Thats also a great price for Fallout 4. Its also an amazing game. Honestly the whole Fallout universe and all the games are a brilliant story of an alternate Earth. I love it.

Yes the story of Fallout universe is awesome, but I cannot say that the latest incarnations of Fallout games are good. Bethesda has a nasty habit of releasing not fully made games, broken games and overall they should not make games with Fallout universe and give the tools and development to other companies like Obsidian. Fallout 3 and 4 were kinda meh, but i cannot say the same thing about the New Vegas - it had a few flaws but was way better made, wrote then the parts made by Bethesda.
True enough. I really don't care about story that much. My motto in open world sandboxes is that the story is just a guided tour. It's what you can do with the world that matters. Though I'll admit in these games you don't really have enough of an impact. That's why I love Mount and Blade so much. It's economy first, story comes from that. What you do DOES have an effect on the world around you. If you raid and kill villagers left, right, and center in an area, the local town is going to suffer. If you build a business and help out with the bandits, there's a good chance that town's going to prosper.
And the more military campaigns you join in and win for a particular faction, the stronger that faction can become. Just have to watch out for traitors, and weed them out.
Yes indeed ,its great if the way You play the game affects the ingame world, meaning that each and every walkthough is quite unique. Can't say it about the fallout - You think that Your decisions will affect the world but after all they don't do much. IF You really wanna make something with the game You need to heavily mod it and make own mods and aditional scripts that would change the game, Sounds kinda complicated, but thats the only way for todays "sandbox" games. Thats why i really like when the game is non-linear and made this way by the devs, but they're hard to find and mostly the devs are not willing to make such complicated game 🙁
